MTC – Marine Technology Company  incorporated in Malaysia in 2009 providing services in FPSO leasing, field production operation, and turnkey development for mature and marginal fields. Being lean operator, cost efficient, innovative and proactive, we expand and deliver full integrated business.

In October 2012, MTC delivered its first turnkey FPSO EPCICOM and partly owned the Floating Production Unit MT Nautica Muar. This initiated the achievement of MTCE registered trade mark named The Humming Bird Offshore Solutions. Humming Bird Nautica Muar was first deployed to Kayu Manis South East field for a year and then to Anjung Kecil field for another 3 years before novated the vessel fully to a company for Bentara field redeployment.

In October 2017, MTC achieved the fastest FPSO conversion in less than 6 month and on scheduled first oil production for the latest Humming Bird MTC Ledang. The Humming Bird proven to be the unique solution for stranded fields, late life fields and also the marginal & mature fields.

Now, MTC continue providing field operation with its leased Humming Bird Fleet and also as turnkey contractor with primary engineering consultancy and projects management from concept/ FEED/ DDE to commissioning, Transportation & Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Platforms & Floaters.
