MTC, as a locally grown naval architecture and marine engineering company, is fully committed to complying with an internationally recognized quality management systems standard, ISO 9001:2015, in its every business activity. In delivering its services to its customers, MTC incorporates quality in every process that is required to produce the deliverables and continuous commitment to ensure regulatory and statutory are met.

The management is supporting at every level to provide its support towards strategic direction which includes to mitigate the organizational risks and to promote action plans in exploring opportunities which benefits the organizations and its members. 

The management and its members are committed to continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system being implemented. Results of audits, customer feedbacks and performance indicators are reviewed and acted upon. The company quality objectives are established to realize the company vision and missions, and regularly reviewed as the company progresses.

This policy is communicated to every level of the organizations and fully understood by all. Regular reviews of the policy are undertaken to ensure its suitability to the company business activities.
